In order to use your Diamond Plus Visa Prepaid Card on an ongoing basis after you have used up your tax refund, you will need to load funds and keep your card account funded.

You can withdraw cash from millions of ATMs worldwide. You can also check your balance on ATMs.

Reload Your Card
Your Diamond Plus Visa Prepaid Card is reloadable. You can use the Direct Deposit Enrollment service to receive all or a portion of your paycheck or government benefits directly onto your card. Just login to your account, print and sign Direct Deposit Enrollment form and give it to your employer or government agency. You can also add cash to your Card at thousands of Visa ReadyLink locations near you.

Get Mobile
Manage your account with the Diamond Plus Mobile App. View your balance and transactions and share funds with other Diamond Plus cardholders. Both apps available for Android and IPhone.

Your account information is available 24/7/365 online or by phone. You can check your balance and your transactions by logging into your secure online account or calling Diamond Plus Customer Care at 1-855-TRY-PLUS (1-855-879-7587). You may also opt-in to receive text alerts2, which will conveniently notify you on deposits and other transactions done on your card.

If a loss qualifies for handling under the Visa Zero Liability Policy, we will issue a provisional credit to your Card Account within five (5) business days (instead of the standard ten (10) business days) of the later of (i) the date on which you reported the loss to us, or if we requested you to submit your report in writing or requested additional information, (ii) the date on which we actually received such written report or additional information. All other terms, conditions, limitations, etc. previously discussed shall apply.
